getting healthy the right way

A favorite healthy dessert….or even breakfast, depends on how you spin it! May 6, 2009

This recipe is super easy and very yummy! Go with a sweeter yogurt such as fat free boston creme pie, if you want a more dessert like taste. It is so delicious, you wont even miss that bowl of ice cream!
I usually go for a few spoonfuls of Dannon lite and fit vanilla yogurt and have it for breakfast.
This satisfies the palate on many levels, you have sweet, salty, and crunchy!

Sweet banana peanut butter crunch
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 small container of ff or lite yogurt
handful of kashi go lean crunch cereal or crunchy granola

Split banana down the middle long ways
spread peanut butter on both halves
dollop some yogurt down each half, you probably wont need the whole container
take a small amt. of kashi or crunchy granola and sprinkle on top.
